Research Deep Learning Architectures 
  
  Deep machine learning algorithms and architectures
  I worked on building feature space representations for classification of images with an eye toward online learning. My research draws elements from deep learning, sparse coding, bag-of-features models, and spatial pyramids to build a multi-stage feature extraction and classification architecture. Previously, I researched actor-critic methods in reinforcement learning and developed and evaluated security software for wireless sensor networks.
